Diamond grinding
We grind or sand the concrete back to a clean, sound surface. Laitance, old adhesive and coatings come off so the next layer bonds.

Moisture barrier
Concrete holds moisture long after it looks dry. We test the slab and put down a moisture barrier where it's needed, so the finish doesn't lift or bubble.

Self-levelling screed
An Ite or Mapei self-levelling screed gives a flat, smooth base. Vinyl sheeting and luxury vinyl tiles show every dip in the floor below them.
